ich habe ein Exploit im Zusammenhang mit Skiffs gefunden und, nach der Anleitung auf der Guild Wars 2 Webseite, an den Support gemeldet.
"Wenn ihr von einem Exploit erfahren solltet, bitten wir euch darum, ihn sofort per E-Mail an support@arena.net zu melden. Bitte postet ihn NICHT an anderer Stelle und verwendet ihn nicht, damit ihr keine Probleme mit dem GM-Team bekommt. "
Der Support hat mir u.a. dies geantwortet:
"Unfortunately, Support is not part of the development team, nor are we involved in the investigation process for issues such as this. The next time that you're in the game and you find a bug, you can do us a favor by submitting an in-game bug report. [...] You’re also welcome to report a game issue in the Bugs sub-forum of the Guild Wars 2 Forums (https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/forum/9-bugs-game-forum-website/). "
Das mit dem In-Game Bug Report verstehe ich ja noch, aber soll ich wirklich nächstes Mal einen Exploit im Forum posten?
Auch bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob der Exploit-Report nun aufgenommen wurde. Die Antwort klang ein wenig nach einer automatischen Antwort, dass ich den falschen Report-Channel gewählt habe, auch wenn dieser ausdrücklich auf der Webseite genannt wurde.
